1. Introduction
Welcome to Sajre Edutech Private Limited ("Sajre Edutech", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). In order to access and use certain features, services, or content provided by Sajre Edutech Private Limited (“Sajre Edutech”), including but not limited to enrolling in courses, accessing personalized dashboards, submitting assignments, participating in forums, or receiving certifications, you may be required to register for a user account on the Website. By creating an account, you agree to comply with the following terms:
5.1 Eligibility
To register for and maintain a user account, you must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under the age of 18, you may only use the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. - Not to allow any unauthorized person to access your account;
- To take full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not;
- To log out from your account at the end of each session to prevent unauthorized access.
Sajre Edutech is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account information or from unauthorized use of your account.
5.4 Notification of Breach
If you become aware of any unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of your account or login credentials, you must immediately notify Sajre Edutech at
support@sajreedutech.com. You may be held responsible for any losses incurred by Sajre Edutech or any third party due to such unauthorized use if it is determined that you failed to maintain proper security.

Upon termination, you may lose access to all data, content, course progress, certificates, and other information associated with your account. Sajre Edutech also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account, without notice,
if:
- You breach these Terms or any other policies;
- Your conduct poses a legal or reputational risk to Sajre Edutech or its users;
- Required by law, court order, or legal authority.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability
6. Payments and Subscriptions
By accessing or purchasing any paid service, course, subscription, or digital product through the Website operated by Sajre Edutech Private Limited (“Sajre Edutech”), you agree to the payment terms set forth in this section, in addition to any specific terms presented during the checkout process. This clause outlines your obligations regarding fees, recurring billing, payment methods, taxes, refunds, and related policies.
6.1 General Payment Terms
You agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase, including any taxes or additional charges. Your use of paid content or services is subject to your payment of all applicable amounts, including one-time fees, subscription charges, enrollment costs, or other pricing models as may be listed on the Website from time to time.
All transactions are final unless otherwise specified in Sajre Edutech’s Refund and Cancellation Policy (see Appendix A).
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments can be made using a variety of methods accepted by Sajre Edutech, including but not limited to:

You authorize Sajre Edutech or its third-party payment processors to charge your designated payment method for all charges incurred. All payment information provided must be valid, accurate, and up to date. You agree to promptly update your payment method in case of changes (e.g., card expiration or cancellation).
6.3 Third-Party Payment Gateways
Sajre Edutech uses secure third-party payment gateways and service providers to process transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of these third-party providers.
Sajre Edutech is not liable for:
- Payment failures caused by your bank, payment service provider, or payment gateway;
- Security breaches, errors, or fraud resulting from third-party handling of your payment information;
- Any delays in payment confirmation due to issues outside our control.
6.4 Subscriptions and Recurring Billing
Some services offered by Sajre Edutech, including but not limited to course bundles, learning plans, or mentorship programs, may be billed on a recurring subscription basis.
By enrolling in a subscription:
- You authorize Sajre Edutech to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually, or as otherwise specified).
- You acknowledge that subscription services will continue until cancelled by you.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your account settings or emailing support@sajreedutech.com at least 48 hours before the renewal date.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
- You will not be entitled to a refund for the remaining period of a subscription unless stated in our Refund Policy
6.5 Free Trials
Sajre Edutech may offer free trials for certain subscription services. Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- The trial period will automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the free period.
- You will be notified of the applicable charges prior to the end of the trial.
- You must cancel the subscription before the trial ends to avoid being billed.
Eligibility for free trials is determined solely by Sajre Edutech. We reserve the right to revoke access and charge standard fees if we determine that you have abused the trial offer (e.g., by creating multiple accounts).
6.6 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are issued solely in accordance with Sajre Edutech’s Refund and Cancellation Policy (Appendix A). By purchasing any product or service, you acknowledge that:
- Refund requests must be made within the timeframe stated in the policy;
- Refunds may not be available for digital downloads, completed certifications, or partial use of services;
- Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 7–14 business days to process, depending on your financial institution;
- Certain purchases may be non-refundable, including promotional or discounted offers, unless otherwise specified.
Sajre Edutech reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions set forth in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6.7 Taxes
Prices displayed on the Website may be exclusive or inclusive of applicable taxes, including Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other local levies. Where required, Sajre Edutech will charge and collect applicable taxes at the time of transaction.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government levies that may be imposed on your use of the services in your jurisdiction. Sajre Edutech shall not be responsible for any additional charges levied by your bank, payment provider, or local tax authorities.
6.8 Invoicing
Upon completion of a successful payment, a digital receipt or invoice will be issued to your registered email address. For users requiring GST-compliant invoices or tax documentation, please ensure your billing details are entered correctly during checkout.
6.9 Discounts, Coupons, and Promotional Offers
Sajre Edutech may occasionally offer limited-time discounts, coupon codes, referral bonuses, or promotional pricing. These offers:
- Are subject to specific terms and expiry dates;
- Cannot be combined unless otherwise explicitly permitted;
- Are not applicable retroactively to prior purchases;
- May be withdrawn or modified at Sajre Edutech’s discretion without notice.
If a discount is applied incorrectly, Sajre Edutech reserves the right to reverse the discounted amount or cancel the order.
6.10 Failed Payments and Account Suspension
In cases where a payment fails, is declined, or is disputed:
- You agree to update your payment information immediately;
- Sajre Edutech may suspend your access to paid content or services until the balance is cleared;
- Repeated failures or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension or legal action to recover dues;
- You agree to be responsible for any additional collection costs, interest, or legal fees incurred as a result of non-payment.
6.11 Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, please notify us immediately by emailing billing@sajreedutech.com. Disputes must be raised within seven (7) days of the transaction date. Sajre Edutech will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a correction or refund
You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment reversals without first contacting Sajre Edutech to resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and denial of future services.
7. Privacy
Your access to and use of the Website and related services is subject to the Sajre Edutech Private Limited (“Sajre Edutech”) Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise interacting with Sajre Edutech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
